Can anyone recommend a cheap company for temporary car insurance (UK)?
only need it insured for a few days to get it MOT’d?
http://www.dayinsure.com is the only short term insurance I know of. You can get insurance for 1 to 28 days. You must be minimum age 21 to take out the insurance or minimum 25 for higher insurance groups.
Your only other option is to take out a years insurance and then cancel and reclaim the unused months cover.
